Ezra Brooks 99 wird mit genau 99 Proof, also 49,5% vol, abgefüllt. Zuvor wird der Kentucky Straight Bourbon durch eine Aktivkohleschicht gefiltert. Dies ergibt einen besonders milden Charakter. Seit 2018 wird das Ezra Brooks Sortiment in Bardstown bei Lux Row Distillers hergestellt.

Aroma: Weich und angenehm mit Karamell, Vanille, Schokolade und Gewürzen.
